Turnaround and realignment
Kokoro stepped in and assisted a critical business unit in turning itself around. Faced with the situation where the 17 million dollar unit had clients refusing to pay 4 million in service fees because of poor performance, Kokoro re-aligned the team, increased client satisfaction, captured the 4 million in fees within 9 months, generated an increase in performance that allowed the team to capture an additional 3 million in new clients over the following 3 months and set the unit on a positive trajectory, which allowed the unit to target and acquire its largest competitor and own the market 18 months after our initiation.

Software Quality Assurance
For an extended period, Kokoro recruited and built a world class QA team for a leading medical billing and technology organization. The Kokoro team successfully developed and implemented a QA team, and accompanying operational strategy into an existing organizational framework.

Information Security & Risk
For a period of time, Kokoro filled the gap between information technology and compliance/legal for an industry leading technology development company that operated in a service environment and collected, processed and stored immense amounts of PPI, PCI and PHI. Kokoro worked directly with the executive teams to formulate and begin implementation on a long term Information Security strategy for the organization.
